Roll formed from first grade high quality phosphated galvanised steel with Reinforced interlocking groove and advanced designed auto cut-off edge end lock to achieve maximum holding strength lo each interlocking lath.

2. Material specifications: Extruded Aluminium 6063 T5
Design Model SKB-A7
Extruded first grade Aluminium ingot raw materials with heat treatment to T5 structural strength & anodised to minimum of l0 micron.
Available thickness: 1.2mm,1 .4mm,1 .6mm.

Bottom bar
1, T-TYPE
Constructed from two pieces ol mild steel angles ol 38 x 38 x 3 mm bolted together
as T-shape section.
2. TYPE
Constructed from two pieces of mild steel flat bar of 40 x 40 x 4 mm bolted together.
Material specification: JIS G3131 SPHC.

Side guides
Fabricated from first grade steel sheets with groove 75mm depth minimum.

Drive barrel
Fabricated from British Standard Welded Steel Pipes BS 1387 or JIS G3452 with both sides solid steel shafts supported by enclosed bearings to both heavy duty steel end plates.
