PIP-30 Model consists of graded steel fabricated chamber including high numbers of fixed blades of manganese steel placed at upper half of the chamber and rotor consisting of several flexible hammers revolving at 2300 rpm to effect high impact on RPVC Scrap against these racks to convert them in to fine particles. The entire chamber and bearing house is efficiently cooled by high volume water circulation through jackets. The out put is collected by powerful air cyclone.
