Application: GP-77 series of flame retardant is a type of aryl polyester phosphate ester flame retardant agent, halogen- free, easily compatible with most of polymers, will always in the state of melting at the temperature of polymers molding processing, easy to mixing, well effective to use separately, and minute effect on the other properties of material, it can be applied to modify flame retardant capacity of polyester, polymeric amide, unsaturated resin, Epoxy, etc, especially as the ideal flame retardant additive of PET and PBT. Mixed the flame retardant agent and flame retardant polymer or other materials at various scales (depending on the product's flame retardant level), by the normal dry method(same drying conditions as the same flame-retardant polymer), then spinning or preparing plastic products. Spinning or molding conditions are consistent with the flame retardant polymer, but temperature can be reduced appropriately.
