Dry and sterile media are provided in the screw capped bottle which i ready for use. BACTACHECK Bottle Filled with water test Water upto Arrow Level Fill the water to be tested up to the arrow level. Shake the bottle gently after 5 minutes. The following changes may be seen: The contents will be yellowish brown in colour keep the bottle at 25 degree celsius to 37 degree celsius for 24-48 hours or keep the bottle in the pocket while sleeping in night o that it remains at body temperature.
