The history of our company dates back to the year 1966 when its foundation was laid under the name, Canara Standard Keys. Key making is an art and we have mastered this art like no other player in the industry. We have been dealing in a wide variety of keys of uncompromising quality ever since our commencement. Being an ethically driven business, today, we remain consistent with ethical principles and values when executing all our activities, which  has led to increased customer loyalty and positive word-of-mouth promotion of our quality-marked range of Gib Head Keys, Industrial Woodruff Keys and Industrial Parallel Keys. We also offer this range of customizable keys at equitable prices.
 

After inception, our partnership business was soon converted to a private limited one and renamed as DENO India. We were still committed to our mission and goals as we expanded business under a new name. We then introduced a new shareholder, M/s NOSTA GmbH (formed in 1976) boasting a proven track record of manufacturing almost 5 crores (50,000,000) keys annually for clients in Germany. Steered by Mr. Hermann Ludley and managed by Mr. Gregor Ludley, the company in partnership with DEMA Prazisionsteile GmbH could make precision turned components [70 crores (700,000,000) pieces] per year. DEMA Prazisionsteile GmbH and its in-house works were supervised by Mr. Frederic Ludley.
 

Today, our motive of business expansion is not only limited to the expansion of our collaboration with other companies but also adding more products to our product range and entrenching our business operations to areas other than manufacturing. Currently, we are working our fingers to the bone not only as a manufacturer and exporter of Gib Head Keys, Industrial Woodruff Keys and Industrial Parallel Keys but also as a supplier of a wide variety of products like Organic Tea, Orthodox Tea, A4 Paper Sheet, Tea, Natural CTC Tea, etc.
 

Future Aim
 

We already have a 3500 sq. feet facility and aim to relocate our company to bigger premises at an urban location, equipping it with more advanced machines. Under the management of our Manager, Mr. Dinkar Mchiploonkar, we wish to attain more while maintaining our commitment to ethics and quality.
 

Quality
 

Quality being the bedrock of our work process, we have been audited by TUV NORD for our Quality Management System in accordance with IATS 16949, and have managed to attain reputed membership of KASSIA (Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association) and ISO 9001:2015 certification.
 

Applications
 

Have you ever seen a key that would fail to unlock the lock it is made for? A key is supposed to unlock/lock the assemblies (locks). It is its sole purpose and ours is to customise keys in the exact specifications that would securely lock the sub-assemblies like alternators, engines, fuel injection pumps, gearboxes, etc. We keep our nose to the grindstone to make certain that we are not only good at customising our offered Industrial Parallel Keys, Gib Head Keys, etc., but also in maintaining their quality standards for use in the following:

Infrastructural Facility
 

Opting for in-house resources rather than outsourcing always has innumerable benefits to offer when it comes to increasing the overall efficiency of any company. Therefore, we have built a modern infrastructural facility to enhance our margins and have better efficiency at work. Sprawling over an area of 3500 square feet, our infrastructure facilitates us in R&D, production, quality and several other business operations.

With USD 230,000 of investment made on our production equipment, including technologically advanced machines from reputed brands like Bharat Fritz Werner and Praga Jones Shipman, we have managed to streamline our work processes. We currently produce 1,200,000 pieces of Industrial Woodruff Keys, Industrial Parallel Keys and other keys on a monthly basis. However, this is merely a number and may vary depending on the order quantity we receive from our customers. Nevertheless, we are always available with a good amount of stock to fulfil all bulk and urgent orders of our esteemed clients.
