This concept envisages the use of existing Polycarbonate Shield (elbiet with size and design change) to close in with miscreants/rioters under the protection of Group Shield or the Wall. These shield can conventionally be used as individual shield and on requirement be engaged in few seconds to form the wall. Length of the wall can increased as per requirement from 2 to 10 shields. With only the front row carrying the wall - the balance force can mov under its protection. On closing in with the miscreants/rioters the wall can be quickly disengaged and allow the reserve force to be unleashed.
