- Rolls : Rolls are made up of Cast Iron with precision grooved teeth and surface hardness spanning from 510 to 550 BHN. The Rolls are of seamless finish & uniformly polished, impeccably ground and are indented for cooling.
- Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit : The adjustment of NIP at roller ends is made manually employing two separate screws fixed at the bearing housing body.
- Roll Bearings : Friction-resistant Roller Bearing set in sealed bearing wet that reduces power consumption from 20% to 25% as compared to Bronze Bush Bearing machine.
- Stand Frame & Apron (Cap): High-capacity Steel Casting finely machined for fitting of auxiliary equipment, and ensures high accuracy and alignment.
- Gearbox : Two-stage Helical reduction gearbox with great efficiency in transmission of power as well as higher safety factor.
- Base Frame : Heavy-duty base frame with rigid steel Beams and MS plate is designed with precision machining in order to seamless fitting of Gearbox and motor.
- Electric Control Panel : It is provided with Voltmeter, Ampere meter Overload protection relay, 3 Phase Indicator and Emergency Check Switch for optimum operation of the machine.
