Founded in 2002, Zhejiang Hengtai Filtering Equipment Co. is an enterprise dedicated to providing quality disc filter equipment used for pulp thickening and white water recovery in paper mills. We provide everything for filtration from complete machines to spare parts, such as rotary disc filter center shafts, filter cloth, cake discharge systems, and cleaning systems. We also provide customers with pre-sales and post-sales services, including disc filter modification service and liquid solid separation solutions, helping customers optimize the performance of their machines while lowering maintenance costs. So far, Hengtai has 16 years of production experience, and has been awarded ISO9001 quality management system certification. The company’s technology research and development center is responsible for developing the equipment, processes, and control of poly disc filter. The department is licensed a number of invention patents. Hengtai Filtering factory covers an area of more than 60,000 m2, and is equipped with more than 200 sets of production equipment, 60% of which are large pieces of production equipment. Our company has as many as 60 sets equipment, such as CNC cutting center, German photoelectric-tracking automatic arc welding machine, plasma cutting machine, auto stainless steel submerged arc welding (SAW) machine, automatic robotic welder, auto DC submerged arc welding machine, manual AC/DC electric welding machine etc.. We also have a CNC vertical lathe, CNC horizontal lathe, CNC milling machine, CNC shearing machine, and German CNC machining center. These machines are designed for and utilized to improve product quality and production efficiency. We take on more than 100 production and modification projects per year. So far, Hengtai has provided services to as many as 300 companies in Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Brazil, Egypt and other countries.
