GRACETECH magnetic coolant filters are designed for filtering coolants contaminated with ferrous particles.These filters have powerful magnetic drum.These are compact and light weight and can be easily installed. The powerful magnetic drum is housed in a body and driven by a geared motor. The contaminated coolant from machine is fed into inlet of the magnetic filter, as it flows through the gap between drum and the body,the ferrous particles are attracted by the powerful magnetic field of the drum. A spring loaded synthetic rubber roller is mounted on the magnetic drum squeezes the dust and removes the coolant from the dust, which is further scraped out from the drum by a scraper and is collected in the dust collecting bin. Magnetic coolant filters are suitable for all type of Grinding Machines and are available from 30-1000 LPM.
