We are offering our customers a wide range of Goose Down 75%, which are available following Specifications :-

2. Temperature disinfecting
2. Washed, dried and sterilized
3. High filling power and good transparency
4. Minimum odor and low moisture
5. USA standard and EN standard for your choosing.
Processing:
1. First separation: Choose excellent down material, adopt most advanced down washing technology and washed equipments.
2. Deducting: The raw materials are washed with detergent for at least one hour and cleaned with water for at least one hour,
3. Dehydrating: for 30 minutes.
4. Tumble dry : dried in drying machine at temperature 120C for no less than 30 minutes.
5. Cooling : cooling 6 minutes.
6. Final separation: collect different class feather and down through five box points wool machine.
7. Packing: compressed bale by packing machine.
