Our facility at Solur, near Bangalore, runs hot and cold solvent extraction of botanicals, purification of crude extracts into concentrated and isolated phytochemicals, and the grinding, milling and steam sterilization of herbs, spices and botanicals. Plant capacity runs to 300+ tons/month of raw material for herbal extraction and 500+ tons/month for ingredient processing, taking a project from a single trial batch to container-scale supply. CTA offers both products (ex-stock and made-to-order standardized grades across herbal extracts, phytochemicals, oleoresins and essential oils) and processing services - contract/toll extraction, spray drying, steam sterilization, spice milling, liquid-liquid extraction and custom standardization. Every grade is supplied against a clear specification and a Certificate of Analysis, with assay by HPLC, UV or GC as appropriate. Quality systems and registrations include ISO 22000, GMP, Kosher, US FDA registration, Spices Board and AYUSH (Halal where applicable).
