1. Product Instruction
It has been a perfect replacement of the germ flotation tank in the production of corn starch. This product is mainly used to separate germ from the corn after the grinding is done.
2. Working principle
After the coarse grinding of corn, the germ is in a free state. The material after being crushed goes from the feed port in a tangential direction under a certain pressure into the cylinder portion of the cyclone to do the rotary motion. As the specific weights of the germ and corn paste are different, under the action of centrifugal force, the free germ overflows from the overflow port, and the corn paste is discharged from the lower part.
