Gas Filter :-

• The most Simple and most important component of the Gas train is the Gas Filter, prevents any Dirt and Solid Particles from entering the other Safety and Regulation Devices in the Gas Train and as well as the Burner, thereby protecting them.

• The Filtering Cartridge is Synthetic material that is completely Washable and Easily Removable / Replaceable for Complete Inspection and Cleaning

• Tapings provided on the Inlet and Outlet side of Filter to check the Pressure and thus detect clogging of the Filter.

• Models available with Factory fitted Differential Pressure Gauges.

• Large Filtering Area reduces Pressure Losses and frequency of Cartridge cleaning.

• Sizes : DN15 to DN300

• End Connections:

DN15 to DN50 : Threaded as per EN10226 / Rotating Flanges

DN65 to DN300 : Flanged as per ISO7005 (PN16)

• Body : Die Cast Aluminum

• Working Pressure : 2 Bar or 6 Bar versions available

• Filtration : 10, 20 or 50 microns.

• Suitable for Natural Gas, LPG, Propane and other dry and non aggressive gases of the 3 families. As per EN437:2003

• Versions available for Biogas and other select Gas Mixtures

• Environment temperature rating : -20 to +70 C
