Garnet Separator

We are engaged in offering excellent quality Garnet Separator to our valuable clients. Garnet is kind of mineral with complicated composition with its weak magnetism, also kind of gemstone. Its color is different because of different types.
The grain size of the garnet can be different from fine size to block size. A client from Shanxi Province came to our factory for intensity magnetic separator for their garnet. This client brought two kinds of gemstone sizes, one red block garnet, and the other one fine size garnet. The client asked to get the gatnet of +5mm. Dry separation scheme and equipment allocation is needed because there water is rare. For the weak magnetic garnet, intensity magnetic separation will be needed. The intensity magnetic separator with its 15000 Gauss of CTG model from Forui can help gain great beneficiation efficiency for separation of weak magnetic ores like hematite, specularite, limonite, garnet. Our technician did tests with the samples from clients through the small magnetic separator. And the test showed garnet granularity of -5mm can be attracted greatly while the garnet size of +5mm, esp, these of +10mm is not so easy to attract. So our technician suggested that separate the garnet by both gravity separation and magnetic separation. By the gravity separation the big block garnet can be separated out while the tailings is crushed to be -5mm to improve the beneficiation recovery rate by magnetic separation.
