1.Characteristics:
a) Low-cost: Zinc coating is cheaper than other coatings.
b) Lasting and durable: The zinc coating is attached by chemical reaction to become the surface of the steel sheet, therefore, the coating lasts for a long time. Generally, standard zinc coating(Z60 to Z80) can last for 50 years without any repair, while in coastal areas lasting 20 years.
c) Strong toughness: The zinc coating owns special metallurgical structure which bears mechanical damages in delivery and application.
