Brief description:

• Fusing Film are one of the most integral parts of a laser printer's fuser and the process of "fusing" or bonding toner to printable media. Sleeves vary in length, width, diameter, base and coating materials depending upon the model's specifications. The film sleeve is a hollow tube consisting of a polyamide or metal base and a coating material; a heater element is suspended within the sleeve and lubricated with grease to provide the necessary heat to bond the toner to the media.
