Full Automatic Laminating Machine

Our range of YHZB-1100A Full Automatic Laminating Machine, using new type Feida vacuum paper guide to face paper and body paper separately, and adopting overlap paper feed way, so paper feed process are more steady and precise. Pasting to the body paper is based on different surface paper requirement, so we can adjust thickness of the pasting. Equipping with remote control pasting adjustment system, even if the machine is running, the pasting will still keep thinner and evener, therefore, it achieves effects of increasing work efficiency and saving glue water. Couple high strength grip paper compound roller to locate, paste, first press the face and the body paper, then the two paper will be pressed four times by strong pressing in roller to delivery stacker, at last the products will be piled in three sided even way, and height of the piled papers can reach 1650mm. This machine adopts Siemens PLC programmable controller, multiple pressure, automatic control hydraulic station. The finished product is not only precise in laminating, but also very firm and even. Meanwhile, they will directly enter into next process such as die cutting without glue drying. Automatic production and high efficiency greatly reduce output cost, can help company create considerable benefit.
