Top Rolls - Toothed rolls for course crushing of coal, Size 600 mm dia x 400 mm wide Made from IS : 226, all tooth are to be hard faced.
Bottom Rolls - Smooth rolls for fine crushing of the coal, Size 600 mm Dia x 400 mm Wide
Bearings - Extra Heavy Duty Spherical Roller type housed in heavy steel housings fitted with labyrinth seals, and Felt seals also sealed with two oil sealed from inner Side of bearing housing.
Lubrication - Manually by standard grease gun.
Product Control - By adjusting the movable roll, other roll is floating roll. In each pair of roll.
Motor - 2 Nos 5 HP/750 RPM for top rolls and 2 Nos 7.5 HP/750 RPM for bottom rolls. (Motor HP and Size of Roll may vary by Capacity of crushing)
