We have dia 2meters*12-meter deep shaft heating treatment furnace. It is the sole heat treatment furnace in East China and can improve the internal and external quality of the forgings.

2. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.

3. All of the ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnaces. We can choose ESR raw material according to customers' requirements.
