Forging Screw Press (Up Stroke Spl)

These Forging Screw Press (Up Stroke SPL) are designed to serve Forging long bolts head, axle shaft, nuts any kinds of auto parts etc. These Presses are ideal high precision forging machines. In this special type model their is straight fly wheels and no counter weight which in turn reduce the load from ram as well as is balanced by air cylinder full compensating the ram weight this easy upstroking & improve the efficiency & accuracy of press. It also consumed less energy. Vincent pressed with friction drive on which forging blow takes place in an upward direction from bottom towards top. The screw nut is positioned in top cross head of a frame type ram. The screw pressed therefore offer higher screw efficiency with identical performance. The ram being moved upward in axial direction by rotation of longitudinally fixed screw. An ejector is provided at lower part of the ram.
