* Fully guided wedge ensures no chatter on seat face during closure and eliminates undue side thrust on stem
* Stellited seat rings eliminate galling. Stellited seats withstand on line erosion and corrosion thereby increasing valve life.
* Stem diameter as per API specifications. Stem of 13% Cr. Steel heat treated and ground to fine finish to avoid damage to locking rings, thus ensuring longer valve life.
* Stem-wedge connection meets API pull test. The strength of stem-wedge connection is greater than strength of stem at the root of the operating threads.
* Individually pre-stressed gland packing rings ensures longer packing life and effective gland sealing.
* Body/Bonnet gasket is fully encapsulated thereby eliminating chances of direct line pressure acting on the same.
