THE PRICING

A unit consists of

• 224 sq.meters (2410 sft.) of land, afforested with indigenous species.

• 2 units get 61sq.m. (656 sft.) of additional land and proportionate no of plants free cost

• 4 units to get 140 sq.m.(1506sft) of additional land proportionate no of plants free of cost .

AVAILABLE ON SOFT INSTALLMENTS

• First and second installment of Rs.3,75,000/ each.

• After that 178 installments of Rs.25,000/ each per month for each unit.

POSSESSION AND TRANSFER OF TITLE TO THE LAND

• Co-possession shall be granted immediately after the payment of second installment. Purchaser can opt to pay both installments simultaneously and secure immediate co-possession.

• Transfer of title shall be immediately affected on payment of the entire installments

• PLANTING TIME 3 monsoons (subject to force majeure)

• Guard and maintenance services shall be chargeable. Purchasers can collectively organize these on cost sharing or cooperative basis
