Using Instruction:
1. First open sharpener cover the way of sharpening is decided by the degree of blunt tool.
Step 1: 360grit for coarse sharpening suitable for a blunter knife.
Start the coarse 360 grit of the stone, move the blade back and forth over the stone at an angle of 10 - 30 A by using light pressure.
Generally we advise you to use it with coarse stage for half a year, also depends on the specific situation.

Step 2: 600grit for fine honing; it is a necessary step for the elimination of burr on the knife, and makes the blade smooth and bright
General speaking, use it once a week to keep your blade sharp.
2. Clean the knife with the water or wiper and dry it after use; Clean the knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush.
