We manufacture and supply Foil Winding Machine to our clients from Taicang, Jiangsu, China. Automatic transformer foil winding machine is used to wind cast resin transformer coils and other similar products, the foil conductor can be copper or aluminum strip. This kind of foil winding machine can handle one or two layers of foil conductor and one or two layers of insulation material (such as paper or similar material). Bus bars are soldered with TIG welding process. The automatic foil edge alignment makes sure that the coil edges are straight and smooth when winding. Control system is based on PLC.

The foil and insulation decoilers are provided with an brake system, which applies a constant tension to the materials during the winding process. This brake system has two type, pneumatic brake system and motor-driven brake system, for choosing. The winding unit is equipped with a pressure roller system and the machine is supplied with two expanding mandrels for the copper foil and two for the paper insulation. The "state of the art" PLC with colour touch screen, precision servo motor drives, and bespoke software provide continuous control and monitoring of all of the process parameters.
