Applications:-
This device could be used to clean physical impurities such as fly fibre , dust etc and chemical impurities such as cotton wax , spin finish in synthetic fibres etc. .

Main Components:-
1.) Electrical drill.
2.) Flexible Knitted Shaft

Working:

* The flexible knitted shaft could be attached to the drill, inserted into the flyer while rotating in the clockwise direction.
* The knitted surface is highly adsorbent, while rotating it is in constant & tight contact over the walls of the flyer thereby cleaning it
* The flexible knitted shaft could be used both for dry cleaning and wet cleaning.
* Wet cleaning is where the flexible shaft is dipped in a solvent such as petrol and used for cleaning. This solvent can help dissolve and remove chemical impurities.
* Dry cleaning is where the plain dry shaft is inserted and this helps remove physical obstructions in the roving channel.
* After the cleaning is effected the shaft could be removed by rotating in the reverse direction.
