All the flush doors are tested in our in house laboratory to ensure international standards. These are marketed under the brand BOUNTY . Our dimensionally stable, termite-resistant, moisture-proof, and durable flush doors are made with chemically treated & kiln seasoned selected hardwood battens.
The block board core is set in a wooden frame. The cross band consist of natural treated & machine dried hardwood veneer and a layer of high quality face veneer is selected for the surface. The doors are pressed at high pressure with phenol formaldehyde resin under the cross-banding process. Special Services such as lipping, rebate cutting for double leaf doors and provision of vision/glazing/louvers are provided as per customers requirements.
