Flush Door - High Impact Pinewood Core, 32mm Thick, Water Proof | Trendy Design, Versatile For Hospitals And Hotels

The doors are being manufactured by the original process used in making flush doors. To maintain the quality and strength of the Doors, VANAJ does:

1 .The outer frame of the door, approximate 60 mm with 4 mm cuts at alternate position, it keeps door unbend.

2. Inside the Filler of the door, best quality of pinewood or marandi wood (25 to 30 mm breadth) with a gap of 5 to 10 mm between two fillers, it makes truss between the door and increase the strength of the Doors.

3.At the surface of the door, 6mm ply of good quality on both sides is pressed with cold process using marine grade glue of good quality.

4. about 600mm long and 60 mm wide lock rail is fixed inside the door frame to increase the strength of the door that decreased during the cut for the mortise lock. Vanaj Doors are being manufactured as per specification and exact size according to requirements of the customers;

Customer can get choice of the door's thickness at VANAJ DOORs, which he cannot get anywhere else, Vanaj suggests:

1.If base door is being completed with 4 mm Veneer on both side, then the thickness of base door should be 32mm like :
Veneer (4mm) + Base Door (32mm) +Veneer (4mm) = Complete Door(40 mm).

2.If base door is being completed with 4 mm Veneer one side and 1 mm Mica other side, then the thickness of base door should be 35mm like:
Veneer (4mm) + Base Door (35mm) +Veneer (1mm) = Complete Door (40 mm).

3.If base door is being completed with 1 mm Mica on both side, then the thickness of base door should be 38mm like:
Veneer (4mm) + Base Door (32mm) +Veneer (4mm) = Complete Door (40 mm).
