Flow Control Valves are manually adjusted valves designed to provide repeatable settings. Available in 1inch and 2 inch body sizes and a wide range of bodies and trim configurations, these valves feature an adjustable hand wheel calibrated in sixty-fourths of an inch, and PTFE packing for positive seal and minimum maintenance. Threaded connections are rated for 5000 psi, socket weld at 3600 psi and butt weld at 5000 psi. They are designed to operate in any position and to resist the effects of t vibration on the selected setting. Their construction allows easy inspection or replacement of internals without removing the valve from the line. Type 316,410 or duplex stainless steel bodies, and stainless steel handles and indicator rings are available for corrosive service. Valve trims and seats are available in 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4-inch sizes in stainless steel, hard chrome or tungsten carbide materials.
