Floating Dredging Hose

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying excellent quality Floating Slurry Hose to our valuable clients from Kursk, Russia. Flotation of the slurry pipeline provides solid floats with external protective layer signal color. Flotation of the slurry pipeline provides holding of all hydro transport system a float on condition of linear and diametrical extension of the pipeline at working pressure and even at the full bottom of the pipeline. The internal wear-resistant layer of the floating slurry pipeline is made of natural or synthetic rubber depending on the transported material. Thickness of the internal wear-resistant layer is calculated individually depending on the type of transported mixes. A frame structure is made of technical or cord fabrics, provides uniform distribution of internal stresses and the necessary margin of safety provide a stable smooth work over a long period of time.
Installation of floating slurry pipelines is carried out by means of the bolts and nuts and it doesn't demand the use of special tools.
