Long Lasting Durable Flexible Rubber Hose

Use: This flexible hose is extensively employed in the production of concrete vibrators, flexible shaft pumps, various power tools, and non-linear transmission tools. It serves to safeguard the flexible shaft from damage and wear during operation.

Construction: The flexible hose comprises multiple layers of materials for robustness and durability. Starting from the outside, it features winding steel straps made of cold rolled steel, which are coated with a thin layer of robust rubber. Over this, a layer of canvas is wrapped around the winding steel straps. Then, extruders apply an even layer of synthetic rubber onto the surface of the canvas. Braided steel wire, either in one or two layers, is produced from the synthetic rubber using braiding machines. Finally, extruders add another even layer of synthetic rubber to complete the construction.
