Major Construction Details:

Press Frame: Fabricated out of IS: 2062 Grade M.S. Prime plate tested material Adequately reinforced to take full load. This construction ensure utmost rigidity &uniform pressure on the entire pressing surface.

Cylinder: Cylinders made out of Solid Steel Forging material ultrasonically tested.

Ram: Alloy Chilled cast iron Ram and scratch proof. Ram is duly grinded to Mirror finished & polished.

Platens: Made out of IS: 2062 Grade M.S. Prime plate with machined surface.

Capacity: 100 ~ 200 Tons.

Closing Time: 30 ~ 35 Seconds including Pressure

Opening Time: 10 Seconds

Uttam also offers Flap Moulds: Moulds are made out of IS: 2062 Grade tested mild steel plates accurately machined finished and Hard Chrome Plated. Moulds are hydraulically Pressure tested to ensure no leakage. Moulds design is Manufactured as per customer's sample.
