We offer Fine Filter that has the enclosing frame of galvanized steel and plastic pleat spacers fixed on two sides viz air-leaving side and air-entering side. The shape of synthetic media pack is maintained with the enlarged metal support grid and pleat spacers. This also ensures optimum efficiency as well as dust-holding capacity. Also, it's surface filter rate is suitable, owing to less than 2% coverage of the wire grid over the media area.
Fine Filter has a sturdy construction and it has supported pleat media pack which are useful in maintaining a compact unitized structure in the condition of repeated fan shutdowns and unsettled air velocities. Maximum sealing is ensured by the interlocked header & cell sides. Further, to ensure higher potential for bypass leakage, we design Fine Filters with loose fitting headers.
