- Sparkler type Filter Press is used for crystal clear filtration
of Liquor, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Beverages, Oil, Ink and other
products. - The Filter Press is available in varying combinations of number
of plates of 8, 14, 18, and 24 dia & provided with different types
of pumps depending on the viscosity of liquid and output i.e.
Centrifugal Pump, Gear pump, Lobe Pump etc.
"HORIZONTAL PLATE FILTER PRESS" is a sparkler type and consist
of Stainless Steel Strong Tank & Top cover using bolts to give
pressure tight enclosure. The filter cartridge assembly shall be fitted
inside the tank and consists of one set of horizontally arranged disc
type filter plates with perforated supporting screens &
interlocking cups. The Stainless Steel Top cover shall be fit on the
gasket and the tightening wing nuts shall be provide leek proof seal. A
pressure gauge , safety valve and an air vent shall be provided on the
Top cover .The entire assembly complete alongwith centrifugal/Monoblock
pump coupled with STD / FLP Motor & Push Button Station and piping
connection with SS Ball Valve to control the flow of liquids, is
mounted on a suitable Stainless Steel Trolley mounted on fibre caster
wheels.
