We are exporting & manufacturing Filler Masterbatch For PP Woven Sack from Ha noi, Hanoi, Vietnam.
1. Filler Masterbatch is compounded of Calcium carbonate, polymer resin and other additives. It is used very popular in the industry of plastic (blow film, blow molding, injection molding, coated, laminate, raffia,non woven...) to reduce the production cost and improve some properties of final products.
-CaCO3 content: 75%-80%.
-Carrier resin: PP
2. Applications:
- PE Film, Bags
- PP Flat yarn extrusion
- PP strapping band
- PP injection molding, blow molding, extrusion molding.
3. Packing and marking:
Masterbatch will be packed into PP/PE bag (25kg/bag) with label that following inquiry of customers.
Fullfilled bags will be put over pallets before loading into container.
- Loading from 10% up to 40%, even 50-60% depending on the quality requirement of finished product or on the processing machines.
- A great solution of cost saving in production, enhance and improve strength, smoothness, mechanical properties of final plastic products such as films, sheets, yarns, bottles, boxes, containers..etc
