The main body of this filler masterbatch is the nano calcium carbonate produced by the method of super-gravity, the special carrier and dispersant are applied to ensure the nano calcium carbonate disperses at a nano level in plastic, this material can be mixed well with the resin, present the feature of nano material effectively, meanwhile it has good performance in processing, toughening and intensifying, also, the general capability of polyolefin material could be improved. Additionally, according to the different application of the material, the product can possess some special modified function that realize the functionalization of nano masterbatch. This series is innoxious and environment-friendly, the sanitary index meets the requirement of nation standard GB9693-88 and the product has passed the examination of SGS.

Referenced Usage:
We advice to add 10%-15% of WF-1 into polyolefin, the processing temperature should not be less than 220A C.
