The Machine is uniquely designed as a Slow Speed Fiber Extractor for removing Fiber Content from CTC Tea by Electrostatic Technique. Madefrom MS Channels and Angles for rigid and robust structure and noise free operation.

TRAY & ROLLERS - A Dimple Tray made of Aluminium is placed on the frame with an ability to vibrate causing the Tea to move about the specially designed Black PVC Rollers above the Tray rotating at Low Speed and Statically charged through friction by constantly touching the Woolen Felts allowing uniform and even fiber Picking.

Once the Tea touch the Rollers they expose Lighter Fibers and they are collected by an individual Chute.

The Tray is fixed with a Graduation Scale to monitor the height of the rollers from the Tray.
