How To Use?

Our FC - LITE Foaming Agent is used in concrete production of normal and light fillers.
It is possible to produce concretes and mixtures of density from 600 kg/m3 to 2000 Kg/m3, according to the formula.

Dosage:

Dosage is depends on the density of concrete required. Normally used from 2.5 kg. to 4kg. for 100 liters of water
Hard water may require extra quantity to generate good, stable dispersion.
Application pressure will be according recommendations of the generator manufacturer, mostly between 1-3 kg/cm2

Foam generator will produce the foam by mixing air in required ratio with the foam solution. This process either semi-automatic or fully automatic according to the equipment used. Foam generated is very light and density of the foam will be 35-80 gm / liter depending upon the foam generator, flow rate of foam solution and air pressure used.

Storage:

FC - LITE Foaming Agent can be stored below 49 C. The product can withstand intermittent, short time exposure up to 60 C temp. Do not use frozen product as such. It can be used after thawing and mixing well. It is unaffected by freeze/thaw cycles Ensure containers are not directly exposed to sunlight & heat for a long period.

Shelf-Life:

FC - LITE Foaming Agent has a minimum shelf life of 1 year, considering tropical condition and if properly stored in its original container or tanks suitable for storage.

Physical & Chemical Parameters:

Packing:

HDPE container of 20 Kg /200 Kg. or pack size of your choice for Bulk orders.

Environmental & Disposal:

FC - LITE Foaming Agent is safe to use and has no hazardous effect on human being. It can be successfully treated in biological waste water treatment systems after proper dilution

Each Batch is manufactured under strict supervision of persons who are in this field for a decade, and is tested for all parameters before Dispatch so that clients can generate foam as desired.
