Extruding Palletizer

These extruding palletizers are of advanced technology which by using low pressure of extrusion and spheronization, cylindrical, rounded and spherical pallets are produced. These Extruding Palletizers are useful in Pharmaceutical, Food and Chemical industries.

In Gear extruder, teeth of one gear presses the material into the holes made on the another gear. So material is forced to pass through the holes of required pallet size by tooth of another gear. The pallets by this method formed are having improvement in handling and mattering properties as they are stable pallets pallets with smooth surface. These pallets are also having high stability and are dust free in nature. Due to high pressure the pallets made by this process have less deformation properties.
