The offered tiles has a good thermal insulators property and are ideally suited for forming a lock-in with cement mortar which helps in holding the walls of buildings smoothly. By utilizing extrusion process, these tiles are processed from dipped silicon in sync with defined industry standards. The offered Extruded Clay Tiles undergo firing at 1100 C which strengthens the tiles under the vigilance of controllers to ensure their excellence for our customers.

"DOVETEX" Extruded Ceramic Tiles of size 230 x 75mm, 12mm thick with negative grooves for proper bonding with cement mortar. Fixing of Tiles to be carried out as per Manufacturers Instructions. (Other colours are also available).

"DOVETEX" Tiles have withstood weather conditions very satisfactorily since these are  Silicon dipped , Homogenous and manufactured from clay, fired at 1100^oC. There is no addition of colour and the natural colour of the Clay remains permanent.
