Soak Expres meal in 100 ml water (1 portion mix + 1 portion water) for 2 min.
Heat 15 ml (3 teaspoon) oil in a pan. Add soaked mix to it and stir fry for 2-3 min or till oil separates out.
Add 200 ml (1 cup) boiling water & cook with lid covered for 10 minutes on low-medium flame OR Add 150 ml (3/4 cup) boiling water & pressure cook for 5-6 min or upto 2 whistles on low-medium flame.
Serve hot with onion & lemon.
