You can mix and match sizes to give you one full size steam pan space. For instance, you can buy 2 half size, or 3 third size steam pans for your full size chafer or food warmer.
2.) Next selection is the depth of the steam pan. Standard sizes are 65mm, 100mm and 150mm deep.
