Er Coolant Collets

Following are the Main Features of ER Coolant Collets :-
Featuring staggered slot design, ER Coolant Collets prevent coolant from reaching collet face without need for plugs, discs, or other hardware. With coolant pressure of 1,800 psi, collets are designed for use with cylindrical shank tools in diameters ranging from 3-34 mm.
ER coolant collet ranged:
ER16C: 3-10mm, ER20C: 3-13mm, ER25C: 3-16mm, ER32C: 3-20mm, ER40C: 10-26mm, ER50C: 12-34mm

For a longer life, Chongde ER coolant collets are made of 65mn steel, the hardness is HRC44-48.Adopt anti rust treatment in surface. In addition, with these ER coolant collets, drill insertion need not be longer than the collet length.
