Epoxy Self Leveling Floor

We, at Best Products have developed new formulations where intentional removal of our floor coats and screed has been found difficult. These coatings possess aesthetic looks with very high abrasion resistance and anti-scratch property.

PROPERTIES:
Best a ESL a FLOOR screed is a three components composition:
Mix Ratio : 100 : 35 : 680
: B : H : A (B-Epoxy Base; H- Hardener; A-Aggregate)
Mixing : Mix Base and Aggregate thoroughly; then add hardener & mix for 4-5 minutes
Leveling : Use spiked roller for avoiding air bubbles
Spreading : Spread using a trowel and work with roller
Curing : Touch Dry - 2 hrs
: Hard Dry - 5 hrs
: Total Cure - 24 hours

Coverage : 1.5 to 1.6 Kg. / m2 for 1 mm thickness
