3 "S" EPOXY HB FLOOR Paint

These are high performance TWO PACK EPOXY system especially formulated by using selected chemical resistant & weather resistant pigments. They form the finish coat in the heavy duty coating system for metal or masonry surface for exterior & interior use. It can also be used in the storage of chemicals of other Petroleum products.

Flash Point : Above 25 A C

Consistency : Smooth & uniform.

Pot Life : 4 - 6 hours

Mixing Ratio by Volume : 4: 1 By volume (BASE : HARDNER)

Dry film thickness : 40 - 60 microns per coat

Curing time : 7 days.

Drying time : Touch dry in 2 hours. Hand able in 3 hours

Interval before over coating : 3 - 6 hours minimum

Method of Application : Brush

Thinner : 3 "S" Epoxy Thinner

Covering Capacity : 7 - 8 sq meter / Liter / Coat

Uses : Fertilizer Units, Storage of tanks, Nuclear Plants, Ship construction etc.
