2. High Level analysis on the Land characteristics a draft report on the
a. Solar Farm Layout
b. Structural Layout
c. Electrical Plans (Inverters, Transformers, Switch Gears, Electrical Safety Equipments etc.)
d. Revalidating all calculations and Generation Numbers, Electrical Load, Cable Lengths etc.
3. Prepare high level BOM and BOQ with 3 short-listed Vendors in each of the products area from our existing Vendor database
4. Rollout finalized DPR (Detailed Project Report)
5. Prepare a detailed Project Delivery and Execution Plan
Phase 2 (Team Deployment & Execution)
1. Check if the landscaping requirements meet the HL design expectations a making changes in the design or site landscaping
2. Finalize BOM & BOQ and rollout enquiries for high cost items like PV Modules, Inverters, Transformers, Cables, Switches etc. and recommend with 3 best Product Vendors (evaluated both in terms of quality/technical & pricing parameters).
3. Finalize Designs (Farm Layout, Structural design, Engineering & Electrical designs a wiring, control room etc.)
4. Finalized Grid Connectivity and Power Evacuation Plan
