This Empty Capsules Auto Aeration Systems are online with capsules manufacturing plant for on line transfer of Empty capsules and for its aeration. The capsules being produced are transfered pneumatically to any other location on line and the aeration is also done on line including sorting of capsules, This system provides uniform aeration and Eliminates every chance of capsules defects arising due to uneven aeration.
The hard gelatine capsules from the auto plant are directly transfered to any other hall/ sorting area by the unit horizontally or vertically (to any floor) i.e. hands free transfer of capsules to the targeted area including on-line areation and sorting by our special system. thus no chance of fortign capsules, manual handling, even areation and sorting is being done automatically.
The system deliverers the assured uniform aeration for every EHGC by automatic on line areation without Any process variation. Capsules quality variability due to non uniform areation is totally eliminated. The critical defects like out of roundness, ovality, brittleness, non separations are totally within our control.
