Elevator Annual Maintenance Contract Services Liquid

HI-TECH ELEVATOR ENGG.,will carryout the Elevator Annual Maintenance Contract Services of the referred lift during the normal working hours HI-TECH ELEVATOR ENGG staff will check up the lifts installation and also clean, lubricate and adjust the parts where such service is necessary.
(a). HI-TECH ELEVATOR ENGG will supply the lubricants and cleaning material and shall also repair and/or replace if the opinion of HI-TECH ELEVATOR ENGG condition warrants as a result of fair wear and tear any of the parts and components have otherwise provided of the lifts installation and/or overhaul will be carried out during normal working hours only. Whenever possible the servicing work will be carried out any day other than Sunday and Holiday.
(b). If however, any parts components of equipments are broken or wilfully damaged by the users of third party, the replacement,renewals,repairs ect., Of the same will charged of HI-TECH ELEVATOR ENGG and owner agrees to pay these charges, as the same having been excluded from this contract.
(c). Under this agreement, the following item of the lifts equipment having specifically excluded from the contract, are not included: (a) Refinishing or replacement or car enclosures, hoist way doors, door frames, sills, car gates, lamp.
