SDC9648 and Falcon148. SDC9648:- SDC 9648 is a compact digital counter. It is intended to be used for all types of counting applications like production counter, event counter, digital energy counter etc. 7 segment RED LED display makes it visible from long distance. The unit has 8 digit display so that most of the standard counting applications are catered.
Unit accepts pulse input from potential free contact or 24VDC output of proximity sensors/encoders etc. Scaling facility is available to display value as per process variable. The counter can be reset manually from front keypad or optionally by external remote reset switch or from SCADA through serial port.
FALCON148:- FALCON148 is a multichannel counter unit. It is blind unit with RS485 connectivity which is best suitable for SCADA, Counting applications. This module can also be used as slave module with PLC.
FALCON 148 module is optically isolated inputs, accepts potential free contact signals. This module can be used as a Production Counter, Revolution Counter, Fault Counter, Bottle Filling Counter, Digital Batch Counter, sensing level switches, proximity switches, door switches, alarm/ trip conditions in Panel, pump/ motor status, equipment status etc.
