Steel Slitting machine of 1270 mm along with high speed lamination punching presses of 100 ton. 160 ton and 200 ton are installed at unit no. 1 having covered area of 12000 sq. ft.
Electrical Steel Stampings:-
The Company can manufacture laminations in all grades of electrical steel including fully or semi processed steel in the form of Stators & Rotors, Field & Armatures in loose as well as Interlocked & Auto Skewed Cores.
Die casting:-
The Company have in house Pressure Die Casting Facilities for the process of casting Rotor Packs
Decarb Annealing:-
The Company have in house Annealing Facilities for Annealing Electrical Laminations.
Tool Room:-
The Company have a fully equipped tool room for support of the Press shop & Die Casting Shop.
