These statistics are a threat to our brand and we urgently must solve it! We urge upon all our partners that the end customers / end users need to brief correctly with best advice as per application, training, Consultancy, installation and service reports for the complex machines (Known as B Products) for which the list is attached herewith. The satisfaction of our valued customers with our products and the reputation of the Karcher brand are of the absolute importance for us. If the users of our complex products do not receive sufficient consultancy and instruction, then the operation and cleaning result of our products could be compromised. This can lead to damage of a person or property.
